Spend Check is a digital product sold on Etsy. After payment, Etsy delivers a PDF with the address of Spend Check and your access code at once.

Because the access code arrives at once, Meansway does not accept returns or exchanges once the PDF is delivered.

You receive a full refund if your access code does not work, or if Spend Check does not open as described, and Meansway is unable to fix the problem.

How to ask for help or a refund

Message us through your Etsy order first. Tell us what happens when you open Spend Check, and which device and browser you use. Our email address is hello@meansway.com.

Refunds are paid through Etsy, to the payment method you used.
